About Our Company

Woolf & Associates is a full service engineering and design company that’s been in the area for over twenty years.

Most of our employees have been with us for quite some time and we consider our office as an extension of our families. We’re proud of the reputation we’ve cultivated within the builders, contractors, building departments, CBDIA, architects, designers, and all of our customers and vendors. We work hard to ensure this reputation is built on and maintained.

Hi, I’m Bill Dalhoff, a LEED AP professional engineer, and the president and owner of Woolf & Associates.

After earning an engineering degree from Georgia Tech and an MBA from the University of Florida, I worked for seventeen years designing and managing large commercial and mechanical projects at universities, hospitals, and school systems. I also provided engineering support for a few different local companies before moving to where I am today at Woolf & Associates.

I feel like I was born solving problems and analyzing systems. With my personality, skills, and passions, becoming an engineer was the perfect fit for me.

Everything at the core of what I do involves following the values of integrity, honesty, and a strong work ethic. It’s the way I was raised, but I’ve also witnessed the long-term benefits of applying these values in what I do every day with the company and the customers. I know that if you compromise your values, you’ll pay in the long run. This all builds toward a strong reputation that both you and the company are known for. That’s another reason I was originally attracted to Woolf & Associates, because they share the same values I have.

I love owning and managing this company, working with customers, solving problems, working together as a team, and seeing the results of a job done right and done well.

In construction, things are wild and intense. Our company is a great example of what happens when good people work together to come up with solutions. It’s something I’m proud to be a part of.

This area has a unique Old Florida feel to it, compared to other areas in Florida. I notice that everyone here loves living here and wants to take time to enjoy life. I love being a part of the reason many members of our community can rest easy, knowing their construction engineering and design needs are covered.
